I applied online. The process took 2 months. I interviewed at Zara (Walnut Creek, CA) in Oct 2018
Interview
I applied online, then was required to apply in person with an on the spot interview . A few weeks later I was interviewed by the regional recruiter; which went well. Next I was set up for a FaceTime interview with the Regional hiring manager. I was also under the impression that this interview went well. Was told I would hear back within a week. I have sent several emails, and have not heard back. Not receiving the job is not an issue, but the unprofessional manner in which I was not acknowledged for my time and interest is very disappointing.

I applied through college or university. I interviewed at Zara (Hyderābād) in Mar 2022
Interview
A good icebreaking start, they give you a good time and comfort level to introduce yourself which is a great way to put forth what you are, what you will be bringing ultimately. I was asked simple yet specific questions regarding current trends in the fashion industry, since I had gotten the offer through placement, the group discussion round was a great way to set an impression where good questions were given, very relevant to the current atmosphere. Overall it was a smart process raking in the knowledge and passion of the person being interviewed.
