Interview
I found the person who interviewed me somewhat rude. This person asked me questions about my resume and when I told them, they asked me could I put it on my resume so it would be like a "regular" resume. I then mentioned that the information WAS on my resume and all they said was oh, it is, I see it. I knew right there that this person and I just didn't click. The interviewer kept me on the phone for about 45 minutes. I feel like this person stretched out time maybe because they had to. I was just so disgusted with the whole process and I told he interviewer to please remove me from consideration. This interview was a disgrace.

Interview
I was first given a screaming interview which was going over my resume and asked my salary expectations. I have a range and then I met with op sup who offered me the job at the lowest end of the pay range. Later during my time in the company I learned that not a single employee ever gets more than the standard 3% increase and that it is no merit based so be sure to ask for a higher starting wage and a sign on bonus if possible.
