Applied online through Zendesk's Careers website. Heard back about a week after for an initial screening. After screening, had an interview with the direct hiring manager and their team. Overall very good experience.

Check OA platform once sometimes they are not that good mine has too many flaws working with it was too hard

OA was fairly easy single DSA question with heavy implementation
Time given was too low.
i really enjoyed the process, hr is very kind, helpful and fast response .
3 stages of interview
1) meeting with HR
2) Hiring manager
3) with team presenting your experiences
The question was medium easy but I messed up. I failed at the online assessment round. The platform was a bit confusing, I clicked a wrong button and it submitted my code without any confirm.
