I applied online and I received a text message from the Recruiter stating that they are inviting me for a face to face interview two weeks after the application. Everything went well, the recruiter warmly welcomed us and even offered snacks. The only thing that disappoints me is, the recruiter told me there were no available positions based on my past work experiences. In the first place why do they have to invite me for interview if they had already checked my resume and if my qualifications or experiences do not match to the positions opened? You should at least respect the time your applicants, better reject them and send them email if they do not match your qualifications.
