The first round is general interview, there are 2 guys interview around 1 hours online. In the second round, I do the IKM test for C++14 (27 questions 81 minutes), got 85/100 but they rejected me after this round.

Explain your previous project and experience. What do you think is the most important characteristic of system design? What is your feeling about that difficulty? How do you ensure system quality in previous company? How do you feel about those?
