Took VERY long. A month +. First two rounds are phone interviews. Then, you get to sit with multiple department heads for about 2 hours. I ended up not getting the position since they thought my skills would suit another department that didn't have openings at the time. I wish they were more upfront about that in the beginning instead of having me do the interview for a month and then making me wait a while after the final interview. It was a great interview and the experience is something I do not regret. However, I think they really need to speed up interview processes and make sure they keep in contact with their candidates. I really frowned upon doing the interview and waiting a week to see if I got to the next round. There needs to be better structure on that end.
