This is the best interview experience I've ever had! I worked with Jen for the entire interview process. She was very professional and really cared about my experience at each stage of the interview. Every interviewer I met with was very nice to me and made me feel less nervous during the interviews. I had a phone screen, followed by a take-home assessment, and then met with the hiring manager, lastly met 5 team members during virtual on-site interviews. The whole process took around one and a half months. I did not take the offer because I unexpectedly received a more challenging job offer and decided to take on the challenges and go out of my comfort zone. I really appreciate the time and effort Zillow invested in this interview process. I only took another offer because I realized that I want to take more challenges now and would definitely consider Zillow again if I want to look for opportunities in the future when I am at a different stage of my life.
