I applied through a recruiter. I interviewed at Zillow in Feb 2021
Interview
Interview process was very easy. Your first interview is with a Recruiter then if they think you are a great candidate then you have a final interview where it’s a two hour interview meeting with multiple team member.
We appreciate you leaving a review regarding your positive interview experience! If there's anything else you'd like to add, you can reach out to me directly at annie@zillowgroup.com. -Annie Rihn, VP of Recruiting

Initial screening took place via Teams, then if you are selected to move forward there is a second interview which consists of back-to-back interviews (30 min.) with 3-4 other team members. Largely behavioral and situational questions.

Question 1
Tell me about a time where you didn’t know what to do.
I applied online. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Zillow (Woburn, MA) in May 2022
Interview
I really enjoyed the interview process - I was technically hired as a contractor to start, and interviewed with a panel of 3 then-current employees (recruiter, manager, and coordinator). Each round was half an hour. This followed a half hour informational call with the hiring manager. I was made an offer the same day I interviewed, via email. They will ask you about your interest and background, and will go through prioritization exercises with you as well as ask about times you handled failure, times you provided excellent candidate or customer experience, etc.

Question 1
Tell us about a time where you failed, and what did you learn from it?
I applied through a recruiter. The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at Zillow in Jul 2021
Interview
Process took a few weeks, interviewers (there were 4 total, one of which was the hiring manager) were all nice and personable. No true feedback as to why I wasn't offered other than they went with other candidates. Bummer!
