Met with recruitment agency twice before interview.
Interview lasted about 25 mins.
Interviewed by a person from H.R and a Product Builder.
Talked through previous work experience and what roles I did.
Got a call from recruitment agency about 4 days after interview.
Very long process overall. Took about a full month from start to finish.
Terrible overall experience, non strategic questions, looked for time in getting a copy of my degree in Hotel and Catering management before moving to the next stage of the review.
Questions were non sensical, straying off the point and arrived late to the meeting - professional demeanor throughout however I was overqualified for the job
Very relaxed and informal. I was asked what made me want to work for them and I gave an honest answer which they were happy with. I was sent forward there and then

Brought on site, quickly interviewed in a room. Chatted about previous employment and experience. Was brought onto the production floor and shown the various different stages of the product being built.
