There was a brief phone interview through my contract agency. Then, an in-person interview with the head of my department and the laboratory manager. The head of the department spoke to me first. We talked briefly about my education and background, my goals, and my previous experiences. I then got a tour of the facility. Then I was interviewed by the head of the department and the laboratory manager. They discussed my personality and asked me more in depth about my character and abilities.
