Unpleasant experience particularly with HR. Was applying for position based in Malaysia. HR dropped message nearly 12am (midnight) to ask for interview on the coming 8am (which is 8hours later). It was not considerate for candidate as HR should give more time for arrangement to attend the session. Post interview session, technical assessment request was received from the same HR, but there's no assessment link provided. Was trying to reach HR for guidance on the assessment link & requirement, however no feedback received at all despite several follow up via email and phone. Due to no link provided nor guidance received, was not able to proceed with the assessment. HR should be more professional instead of ignoring candidate's query. If HR is not expecting to answer or help candidate, please provide all necessary link & clear guidance in the request itself.
