      Teller Interview

      May 17, 2017
      Anonymous employee
      Salt Lake City, UT
      Accepted offer
      Positive experience
      Easy interview

      Application

I applied online. I interviewed at Zions Bank (Salt Lake City, UT) in Jan 2017

      Interview

Two separate experiences: First interview was conducted by three individuals who I would later find were the manager, assistant manager, and one of the higher up employees in the department. The interview was simple and straightforward, most of the questions revolved around customer service and working with others. Questions didn't seem to be prepared in advance but the interview felt like a more casual setting than others I'd been in.

      Teller Interview

      Oct 4, 2018
      Anonymous Interview Candidate
      Draper, UT
      No offer
      Neutral experience
      Average interview

      Application

I applied online. The process took 1 week. I interviewed at Zions Bank (Draper, UT) in Sep 2018

      Interview

Interview was with branch manager. Simple questions about background, customer service skills. Tell me about yourself, why Zions, etc. It was more like robotic interview and she told that they have a already candidate for full 40 hours. That interview was not friendly and welcoming. By leaving branch I knew I do not want to work there.

I applied through an employee referral. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Zions Bank (Orem, UT) in Nov 2017

      Interview

Simple phone interview. I already had bank experience so they gave me the job. I had worked as a teller for about a year and a half before this so when I interviewed they asked me some questions about my experience and why I wanted to get back into banking.
