Phone screening and mock cold call/role play activity. Interviewer for the phone screener told me that they want folks who are goal-oriented, have an eye for process, and have courage. For the cold call, honestly just do a crappy run-through the first time, listen to the feedback (it’s a five-step process), and then incorporate it perfectly for more kudos. I was then scheduled for a video call with two executives - however, I personally dipped out at this point in the process because I found another job.

Interview
My interview was scheduled on 14th of April. It was a good interview of 30 mins where my work experience and couple of questions like how you will convince US client to use the app and how would you manage to close a deal and interviewer was also convinced with all the answers i gave. The interview was ended with positive note but I haven’t heard from the recruitment team till now, it’s been 5 days already. I think every employer should follow the basic hygiene while recruiting a candidate by at least telling them whether they are selected or not. No matter how big and good the company is, every candidate will initially check the reviews of the company before even going ahead with the interview. So if the employer fails in following the basic hygiene, the ratings will eventually get dropped and company might loose out on good candidate.

Interview
Multiple step. Phone call, practice run to show your skills, final interview but I did not make it that far. It seems like they are looking for candidates who already have a lot of experience in sales and development positions.
Very quick and efficient, the recruiting team was very transparent and enthusiastic about their job and the sales job as well. After submitting the application, I heard back about the phone screen the next day. At the end of the initial phone screen, the recruiter told me I would be moving onto the next round.
