I applied through a recruiter. I interviewed at Zocdoc
Online coding assessment was pretty straightforward, probably leetcode easy. Interviewer will build on your solutions, ask questions about how you could improve your solution if x were the case... etc Then 3 hour final interview. 2 coding sections, 1 behavioral section, an hour each. Coding questions were leetcode easy/medium ish. They gave a timeline at the start so you can know when to hear back about each process by.
- What is a technological innovation you have been following? Strengths and weaknesses? Example of working in a team + conflict?

I got an online assessment after applying and I got perfect score, but I got rejected since 1000+ applicants got perfect score out of 10000. There were 2 quesitions in the online assessment and they were about easy/medium questions.
- Both questions were Interval questions

The interview process was very formal, touching on specific competencies with high level questions. Each person addressed a different competency, it was difficult to understand how much detail to provide etc.
- How do you establish clear lines of decision making? How did you balance different perspectives?

I applied online. The process took 6 days. I interviewed at Zocdoc
The interview process lasted 1 week to complete all rounds of interviews. Very swift. The questions weren't difficult and everyone was nice. I can't help but think...are they truly hiring as they reposted the position the day after I had my last interview and they were hiring for several positions...so no one was qualified? I thought I had it in the bag as one of the interviewers reiterated the start date several times. Seems like a company that changes a lot as they also reiterated that and emphasized people getting into positions they soon realize aren't for them.
- How do you handle rapid change?

I applied through a recruiter. The process took 1 week. I interviewed at Zocdoc (Pune) in Oct 2023
The process is pretty straightforward. But I would not recommend anyone going through it because they don't respond properly even after you clear the interview. 1) Live coding round with senior software engineer 2) Cultural fit round with senior software engineer Overall all the interviews went well and I did my best. I was very confident on the offer. But got feedback from HR saying that the team decided not to go forward with my candidacy. I did not get any feedback on what went wrong. She mentioned she could schedule a call to discuss the feedback which never happened even after I asked to double-check my feedback. I'm not even sure if they are really interviewing. What a complete waste of my time. They should at least give me the feedback properly. Now I understand why the interview review at Glassdoor about ZOCDOC is full of negative experiences.
- 1. Leetcode medium-level array question. 2. Share your working experience. 3. Why you are looking for job changes? 4. Are you ok to work till midnight?
