"First off, we sincerely apologize for what appears to have been a frustrating interview experience at Zscaler. We are growing rapidly and take enormous pride in making sure our candidate engagement is meaningful and proves worthy of the investment of your time. Your feedback will help us get better.
I think part of our challenge with the role you interviewed for stems from the fact that it is a brand new role with unique requirements, given the department was just created this fiscal year. We have never hired for this position until now; only a partial version of it. Over time, we will have a much better understanding of the key requirements for success. That said, the length of time and our indecisiveness regarding your candidacy did not help the situation much. Given our high standards here at Zscaler, I would expect us to improve quickly. Thanks for helping with that process. Your feedback is important."
