I applied through other sources. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Zscaler (Sanjose CA) in Jan 2022 I had 4 technical rounds then they will add up the performance of all the rounds and will let us know if selected for the next managerial round. The first 4 technical and the last one were taken by the Director. Mostly you are selected if you have reached the last round. It was a very smooth process. The HR was quite interactive throughout the process.
