Interview
Received a call from a previous boss that I trust and admire to look at this fast growing next gen SaaS company. Had a phone interview with the hiring manager and then came in to the office to meet the team and executives (CEO, CFO and VP) - really liked everyone and what they had to say - their vision for the subsciption economy resonated with me and I concur with the assessment of the market opportunity.
I received an offer a few days later and am proud and happy to say I am now a ZEO!!

Question 1
All the interview questions had me thinking, especially in meeting with Tien, the CEO. They also made it clear to me that our thoughts about where this company could go were in parallell and that this would be a good fit for me.
It was clear that they take bringing people into the company seriously.
