very relaxed, spoke with the store manager and heard back from them within the next couple days. interview was just as generic as any retail position. very good starter job if you have zero experience and/or still in high school.

Tell me about a time you overcame something difficult?
I Went through two interviews once I was hired, I had to do a background check. And then I had to wait to get into the system. The process took 2/3 weeks.
The interview process for sales associate at Adidas was brief. The hiring manager interviewed us as a group of 3 outside the mall. We learned whether we would be moving forward the following day.
Sit down with employer and go over resume and explain your skills. Explain why you chose this job and why you would be a good fit. Was not a very hard interview process.
