They called me and scheduled an interview for the next day. When I got to athena, I was given a tour of the facilities. Then I was brought to a room in the main building where I was interviewed by three different people. I basically said the same thing/was asked the same questions during each interview, showing the interviewer my 'portfolio' of projects (print outs in a binder). I was called that night an offered the job (I think they were in a rush to fill the position).
