The interviewers were friendly, but the interview process was pretty slow as reschedules happened a few times

HR scheduled the interview they took 3 rounds of interview and at third of round i got rejected because i was not matching skill set required for the team.
Seriously, this should be the first thing they should do while scheduling the interview.
