Round 1: I submitted responses to 5 questions online, via self-recorded video. I had 2 minutes to speak to each prompt.
Round 2: On-site interview. Mine was via-skype instead. I met with three current associates. The majority of my questions were behavioral questions. I was also given time to ask any questions I had.
