Redundant series of phone interviews and video interviews. Had virtually the same conversation with no less than 6 different people all on different dates. Most of the phone interviews were conducted by individuals that I felt like had never conducted an interview before. They would ask their 3-4 questions that they had written down and then I would have to spend the rest of the time basically interviewing them. If I am being honest, I thought this interview process was a joke. I ended up being so frustrated with the ridiculous amount of phone interviews (6 I believe) that I pulled myself out of the running for the job. It seemed as if they did not know how to adequately perform an interview-- which was evident when they informed me that there had been 6 reps in 7 years in this particular territory. This obviously shows that their interview process isn't very effective at finding a quality candidate.
