coop interview questions

Fairly straight forward. Why should we hire you? Tell me about a time when...? Was warned about unsociable hours. It was for evenings and weekends (which wasn't stated in the advert) up to 11pm. When they found out I would be travelling by bus they lost interest. They want people who can come in at short notice. They said that if you are ill 3 times in a year then you are referred to HR for disciplinary. They also regularly search staff. Seemed a bit draconian in their approach and mistrusting staff...
