The process took 3 weeks to a month. A phone interview where the main designer was being called upon a couple of times during the chat. This then went onto a test project only after reaching out that lasted a week and took me 4 days to complete working on it for 6-8 hours. This then ended up with an in person interview that lasted 1 hour and 30 minutes and ended with no offer and saying I was too "modern" for the company...as if my work was not shown to them the first time they reached out smh The company office felt very outdated and very boomer culturish where they are still wearing suits and dress shoes instead of following into the footsteps of typical design firms where dress codes do not matter and design is taken seriously and not all about money profiting.
