The interview process was quite thorough yet the instructions were clear. For UX designers, there were phone interview, conversations with the hiring managers, portfolio review, take home assignment & presentation.

Would you mind to walk me through some of your past works?
After submitting my application online, a call with the hiring manager was scheduled via the recruiting team over email. I spoke with the hiring manager and after given a response via email with their decision.
Recruiting team was very professional and responsive. Hiring manager had a lot of problems -- left me very unenthusiastic about the job.
I would give the actual interview itself a negative rating, but the recruiting team saved it so it's a neutral.
