I applied through an employee referral. I interviewed at eHealth (Santa Clara, CA) in Mar 2021
Interview
You will talk to a recruiter first to ask you basic questions about call-center experience before they forward you to a supervisor for the second interview. After your second interview, a recruiter will call you with a job offer. Just be prepared to be laid off after the busy season. If it is too good and too easy to be true, it’s because it is. There’s a catch.

Question 1
Are you comfortable working long hours and weekends during AEP and OEP?
A recruiter reached out to me on Indeed, and quickly showed me how amazing the culture is. From application to start date was only 3 weeks. I did two interviews and was offered the position at the end.
