The process is essentially a total of four interviews: 1. The very first interview was conducted via phone call. This step establishes one's capability to perform the necessary duties one must perform during their employment. 2. The second interview is also a phone interview, but more in depth and finalizing; leads to a third interview, of which is conducted in person. 3. The third interview is more personable than the initial interviews. This interview tests one's knowledge in the position one is attempting to obtain. If this interview is passed, one will move forward to the final interview. 4. The fourth, and final, interview is explicitly paperwork. This interview allows one to complete all necessary documentation required prior to one's first day at work. The paperwork is correlated to the position one has obtained in the previous interview. This will also be the interview that all human resources documentation must be submitted. The latter mentioned documentation is extremely important, and thorough analysis of all fields is highly recommended.
