eMarketing Concepts interview questions

Easiest interview I ever had in my life. I showed up with two friends who were also applying to work there and the office manager handed us all a copy of the script we were supposed to use when cold calling. Then we went in one at a time to meet with the Sales Director (who looks exactly like Seth Rogen). I was actually really practicing, like an actor getting ready for an audition at a casting call or something. But I shouldn't have worried. I got about three lines into the script when the Sales Director says, "You're hired". I actually didn't hear him, I was so into auditioning, that I kept on reading. Then he says "You're hired" again, and that was it. See, this was my first telemarketing gig and I didn't realize that they hire everybody that shows up. Then, two weeks later, if you're not making good enough sales numbers, they say "You're fired" just as fast.

Read a script and answered basic job related questions. The interview took no more than an hour and was a fairly simple process. Two managers sat in on the process.
