ecosio interview questions

It started very nice with their recruiter convinimg me that is a serious comopany that respects and cares about people and it ended showing me quite the opposite. They had not one but two designer tasks, first was very fast, ok for the second - i was suposed to make a dashboard. I worked a few days, every day a few hours to understand the user and map the user experience, explore patterns, research and understand theyr systems and errors, identify possible challenges that a support engineer might be facing etc , turned this intop a full Miro document including wireframes and I built also an interactive high fidelity design prototype. However it was not pixel perfect it needed some adjustments which i was aware and was about to tell them in the last interview round- because I tought it is fine like this and they care more about the process and mapping then alining every pixel and icon like a final product. Also in the task they mention "deliver a mockup" not a high fidelity final design. I was called 1 hour before the last interview to tell me that thy are not happy with my UI work (even if the user journey is mapped well) and they already eliminated me and for respect of my time they will cancel thethe interview (in this way not even giving me a chance to explain my process and what could i improve ) so after i worked for a few days they did not even spared a meeting with me. Also I learned that some candidates recieved acces to some google sheets that they should have not recieved - so possibly had an advantage over other candidates !
