Im Gespräch stellte man sich gegenseitig vor und welche Lebensstationen ich bereits durchlaufen habe. Danach fragt man um die Arbeitserlaubnis, da befürchtet wird dass man in Deutschland nicht lange bleiben darf oder später auswandern will. Als letztes wollte man wissen, ob man die deutsche Sprache beherrscht.

Very unpleasant, short meeting via Microsoft Teams. The HR person seemed disinterested. I had to cancel mid-interview. They were dead-set on their "salary policy". Any of my attempts to break the ice were ignored.
