Interview
There were two interviews, the first one was with the store manager and the second one was with the district manager. They asked basic interview questions for the most part but also added in some like "what's your personal style?" "what are some of your favorite trends happening right now?" and "who is your fashion icon?"
Pretty fast, it started with a phone call and then in person interview. After the interview in-person, you are onboarded fast and watch some training videos. After that, you are on the floor and also trained on the register.

Question 1
How much or if I had any experience working retail
One on one interview, asked general questions for retail. I did notice that they are interested in availability more than anything. Had a portion in the end with fake scenarios.
It was an easy process and straightforward. The questions are about what the job entails to see if you would be a good fit. The interview was with the store manager.
