One can got direct call for interview from the company. You have to clear HR Round, where you will be asked for Background, work history etc. Then you have to qualify the Technical Round and then MD will advice you to negotiate the salary.

Very easy. Mostly dependent on previous work experience. No judgement of character or work ethic. Lame questions on PHP. You'll get in if you just have good communication skills and know the coding language on an intermediate level. I advise you to not go for this job, value yourself higher and don't make the same mistake as mine, of wasting your time.
