Strange and cold experience. My interview was scheduled at a specific time. 2 minutes after the scheduled time, while I'm waiting for a phone call, Emma says she had a meeting run late, and needed to reschedule the interview. After I gave her a time, I didn't get a response. I sent a followup email 30 minutes later, and the response I got was a different time set for the following week. The interview took 15 minutes, in which she said she would send a multiple choice assessment, followed by more times for a 2nd interview. I waited a few hours, got nothing. Sent a followup email - no response. I don't understand what just happened, or why she would just lie to me and then ghost me like that. Their responses to reviews similar to mine is a laugh, because "We’re taking steps to ensure a better experience for all candidates going forward." and "We understand how important clear communication is during the hiring process." are obviously lies, Here 2 months later, they're still harvesting resumes and data for whatever reason.
