The interview process consisted of a phone screen and two interviews that lasted for an hour and a half total. The recruiter that conduced the phone screen was professional and willing to answer all of my questions. I could tell they really knew what the job was. The recruiting team was very timely in their responses and always respectful. The first interview was with two team mates that were not only welcoming, but shared much of their own experiences with the company. This helped ease my mind. They also asked me various questions surrounding: my technical skills, education, and experience. The second interview was with the hiring manager. They were so pleasant and clear with their expectations. Not only that, but they even took the time to show what the company has to offer. Over all, I have never had an experience interviewing with a company like this! I will be sure to tell everyone I know back at school how great ICims is!
