It was great to receive an email from a friendly recruiter to begin the screening and interviewing process. The responses were fairly quick. However, once past the screening and was asked to submit a video cover letter, I never heard back from the recruiter again no matter how many follow-ups I have done. Not a good sign for a talent acquisition company.
