iCare Health Solutions interview questions

I had a panel interview with a current Hedis Coordinator, a manager and a tech guru. The hiring manager joined by phone due to being out sick. I was asked several challenging questions regarding my abilities, background and overall fit for the position. I found the panel to be friendly, professional and welcoming. I had a second phone interview with a senior manager who was equally as pleasant before receiving an offer.

I felt completely disrespected and degraded not by the hiring manager as she was out sick, but of of the supervisors. She was not personable and didn't care to discuss my qualities as it pertained to the role but she rather discuss why I declined to take another position with a company I had previously left. Forgive me, it felt like the Spanish Inquisition. The other person who was already an employee kept her head down for most of the time, and eyebrows raised as I was bashed and down talked to. I have written a formal letter outlining the entire experience as no person should have to be told when they arrive in professional attire "Swagger in dressing gets you nowhere hun".
