The interview process had 4 rounds in total so the first round was an ai interview then a resume based interview then there was manager interview round which included dsa and aptitude and then hr round all this was fine ! But the hr team is soooo bad they lack coordination they sent me a selection mail collected all my documents and gave me onboarding details and then told me they can’t give me the offer letter because of less vacancy ! What a bad experience, highly unprofessional

Interview
After successfully passing iFocus's interview process in January, I received a selection mail. However, the company failed to provide any further communication or updates despite my attempts to follow up. This lack of responsiveness reflects poorly on their professionalism and leaves candidates feeling undervalued. Disappointing experience overall.
