I applied online. I interviewed at iHeartMedia (Atlanta, GA) in Mar 2022
Interview
My interview specifically was one of the more awkward ones I've had. The interviewer referred to me as the wrong person off the bat, and in general, couldn't have seemed less interested. Usually, interviewers help string the conversation along, but this format was his/her question, my answer, and no follow-up or actual discourse. They were checking their boxes and that's it. Any company-specific questions I had, they had no answer to and told me to check with the recruiter. The most annoying part was they didn't respond to a single follow-up email, nor did they have it in them to let me know directly if I did or didn't get the position.

Interview
Interactions with a rude, unprofessional, and condescending recruiter. They canceled my interview before the initial screening. They also used an emoji in their email response which I found strange and unprofessional.
HR phone call. They asked pretty basic and not intense questions. And then Zoom call with hiring managers- intense but basic questions about experience and industry background. they moved fast here
