I applied online. The process took 1 week. I interviewed at iHeartMedia (Chicago, IL) in Mar 2015
Interview
I applied online and was contacted by an outside recruiter. I had a 20-minute phone interview with the recruiter, the questions were basic interview questions ("tell me about your resume.") After she passed my answers on to iHeartMedia, I was contacted to schedule an in-person interview at their Chicago office. I met with 2 women VPs. The first woman asked about my experiences and gave me great insight into her experience with the company. When I met with the second woman, I felt like she did not have many questions prepared and was grilling me with the hopes that I would stumble. It felt like she was judgmental (obviously, anyone who interviews you will be judging you) to the point of uncomfortable. I felt like it was more important to have exact related experience that applied to the job, rather than anything you could say to convince them about your potential in the role. After sending a thank you e-mail post-interview, I was asked for references. I sent them and haven't heard anything back from the company since. It's been over a month.

Name a time when you had to convince your manager of an idea that he didn't initially agree with.
It was about a 30 minute conversation with the hiring manger. Pretty general questions, mainly about what you are looking to get out of the position. The second interview is usually with 1-2 sellers.
