I applied online. The process took 1 day. I interviewed at iHeartMedia (Richmond, VA) in Sep 2012
Interview
Very laid back, nothing to be extremely nervous about. We sat in a conference room and asked about my radio experience and when I am available. They also asked where I could help out if they needed certain areas like in the street team areas. I did not have any experience in that what so ever. After that just a bunch of paper work and meet and great with others.
interview was initiated by phone, then in person. I didn't get the full scope of what would happen next. Lots of forms to fill out. Overall, very nice people but the job was not for me.

not a traditional question-based interview. we discussed my experience
I applied through other source. I interviewed at iHeartMedia (Montgomery, AL) in May 2015
Interview
Was offered job after internship. There was no interview, or anything that was required. However, when obtaining an internship, I found the process to be very easy. The questions were basic, and it helps to have a lot of community service under your belt.
