Are you comfortable with the salary range (17k-19k for individuals with no BPO experience), and if you can start soon. Final interview - asked the same questions as the initial interview, but by a different person. Although this time, there is a mock phone call where you pretend to entertain a customer who is experiencing an overbilling problem. The calls basically test your communication skills and how well you can converse and understand in english.
