The interview went weird. HR was 15 minutes late. HR asked questions about life, unrelated to work and previous experience. She also did not ask about my education and language skills. After that she decided not to allow me to go to the technical interview.

HR asked questions about life. At that moment I had already quit my previous job and was looking for new one, so her questions were like: what are you living on now and what do you do?

Interview
A good atmosphere, friendly interviewers, you can immediately see that the purpose of the interview is to learn more about the experience of the interviewee and check if the person is suitable, and not "fill up". But communication with recruiters is not very good. They tend to disappear after receiving an answer they don't like, and sometimes they ignore some questions.
