I was contacted via linkedin from iBorn HR (after i have posted that i am open to work). I was contacted by iBorn’s HR team through LinkedIn after indicating that I was open to new opportunities. The initial HR interview was straightforward and positive, focusing mainly on general background and experience. I was informed that feedback or next steps would follow within a week. Unfortunately, I never received any follow-up communication afterward. While the interaction was polite and professional, the lack of response after the interview left a slightly negative impression about the recruitment process and communication consistency. Pros: - Friendly and professional HR communication during the interview - Smooth scheduling and pleasant conversation Cons: - No feedback or follow-up after the interview despite being told to expect one

This is a typical Balkan company that tries a bit too hard to present itself as a modern, international player — but the reality behind the polished image is disappointing. Beneath the surface-level friendliness lies a lack of competence and real experience. The overall level — from organizational standards to employee treatment — is quite low. Salaries are below industry average, and opportunities for growth or meaningful learning are limited. I wouldn't recommend this company to professionals seeking serious development or fair compensation.
