I applied online. The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at kleene.ai in Jul 2022
Interview
Quick, got to know a variety of people - mix of casual chats and a task to complete at home then present to hiring manager and some other team members. Got to see the office which was good.

I applied through a recruiter. The process took 1 week. I interviewed at kleene.ai (London, England) in Aug 2021
Interview
Pretty seamless 3-step process from start to finish lasting around a week in total.
Started with a call with one of the co-founders to discuss whether at high-level I would be a good fit and had relevant experience to not only fit in the team at kleene but to ensure there was something unique I could bring to help the growing team.
After this (a day or so after) followed a technical assessment based on some real life data. Questions were focussed around technical proficiency with SQL and then some related questions around analysing the data, picking up trends and some basic statistics.
It was then a couple of days after the technical assessment where I had a final interview with another one of the co-founders alongside a values interview with another member of the team, these were to sense check that I had the technical capability to do the role beyond the time-boxed exam, as well as that my values aligned with what the business were looking for.
All in all a positive experience (I wouldn't have taken the job otherwise!), with an offer landing back to me within a week.

Interview
This company employs illegal practises in their interview process. In the screening stage they asked me why I had a gap in my CV and I explained it being due to a medical issue with my father. They pryed into this issue and asked for details which is illegal.
In the second stage they ask you to research a company and create 3 different emails I'd send them and to also create a video that I would send to them.
In the third interview they ask you bizarre and inappropriate questions like 'What is the worst thing that has ever happened to you?'. They also continue to pry into private medical issues in this interview as I believe they employ a culture of complete transparency so disregard legal standards.
In the final interview they just go over any yellow or red flags. In my interview they stated that because the worst thing that has ever happened to me was not my fathers medical issues that I am untrustworthy and this yellow flag turned into a red flag

Question 1
