Interview
I did all the prescreening through a recruiter so the interview only took 15 minutes. I was scheduled to interview with the manager for the actual interview about 2 days after the recruiter screening. Most of the questions were about being competitive and how you have preformed as far as numbers and pushing out loans for previous lenders

Question 1
Are you competitive? How many loans did you close per month at your last job?
The interview process was very simple. You jump on a zoom call and they see if you have a hustler type mentality. If you do then its easy. They are different types of programs. If you don't have a license yet they have an excel program for you.
Interview process was fairly simple. Interviewed on zoom call with 2 of the regional managers. But before the interview that ask that you take 2 assessment tests, one is timed the other isn't. The timed test was a bomber for me.
