Took a few weeks to hear back for an interview. Told to dress comfortably, which just means wear whatever you want. Some people wore lulu and others wore jeans. We sat outside on yoga mats answering questions in a group. At the end we filled out our availability. Part time employees work 6 hour shifts and have to work 1 weekend day. Interviewer did not take any notes so it's unclear how they can keep 10 people straight or know what our names are. Interviewers were happy and young.
I applied in-person. I interviewed at lululemon (London, England)
Interview
Relatively easy interview, focusing more on your personality and working attitude. The staff there are pretty friendly and give you so much positive energy. The whole process was quite enjoyable
iI had a group interview with 8 people. The interviewers were very friendly and it was a very relaxed atmosphere. They asked questions popcorn style and everyone got a chance to answer.
