Group Interview: Meet with multiple folks and sit in a casual circle. You typically meet with an Assistant Manager, and/or Key Leader, as well as a 3-8 other applicants. If you are lululemon material, you will get a follow up interview with the GM.
Individual Interview: Meet with the GM (there may be a 2nd interview before this step).

The process is very direct and open. They want to know about your goals and look for people who will take initiative and are people driven. Overall a great experience.
