The process took 1 week. I interviewed at lululemon (Vancouver, BC) in Sep 2011
Interview
After submitting online my resume and extensive application (which included 11 essay questions), I was invited via email to attend a meet and greet breakfast at the store. There were 6 prospective applicants and 3 management-level employees present. It was a fun, casual, freeform interview, during which we went around the circle and everyone introduced themselves (including the employees). I was impressed by all the applicants and what they brought to the table. I think it speaks volumes to the company and the high-calibre people that they attract.
Three days later, I was invited back for a one-on-one interview with a manager. We covered topics such as: why lululemon, my favourite way to sweat, how I cheer myself up when I'm feeling down, my goals / dream job, etc. And in turn, I was given the opportunity to ask questions.
Both interviews left me feeling sure that lululemon is not your typical workplace and that it was where I wanted to be. I was told that I'd receive a decision within two days. I received a call the same day as my 2nd interview with an offer. I accepted immediately.

I applied in-person. I interviewed at lululemon (London, England)
Interview
Relatively easy interview, focusing more on your personality and working attitude. The staff there are pretty friendly and give you so much positive energy. The whole process was quite enjoyable
iI had a group interview with 8 people. The interviewers were very friendly and it was a very relaxed atmosphere. They asked questions popcorn style and everyone got a chance to answer.
