Interview
Applied online. Received screening call from HR. First round of interview with hiring manager, second round interview was a "case study" type interview in which I was given some data and information and had to produce an excel file and somewhat lengthy report. The people I interviewed with were lovely, friendly, intelligent. Some questions were hard to answer off hand though.

Interview
I received a call from their recruiter to talk about some of the high level aspects of the job, I started out by talking a bit about myself and my background and then the recruiter went through the day to day of the job and expectations.
Went through three rounds of interviews and ended up ghosted. At the very least, if a company is going to pass on a candidate that they've actively interviewed, they can send an email letting them know. Not sure why companies are acting like matches on dating apps these days, but it's rude and unprofessional.
