Interview
I was invited to a group interview, but due to a scheduling error they had to move the date and I ended up interviewing alone with the 2 assistant managers. The interview was very relaxed and the questions were all pretty easy. The next morning I went to my second interview with the store manager. We went to a yoga class and then grabbed coffee after while she asked me some more questions. This interview was a little more in-depth but still not bad at all. The employees are very friendly while they interview you and seem genuinely happy.
I applied online. The process took 1 week. I interviewed at lululemon (London, England) in Oct 2025
Interview
Came in without many expectations. Was a group interview (5-6 others) over coffee that was paid for. Store manager, assistant manager and an employee interviewed us. One was keeping note, and two were asking us questions. You got volunteer to answer first, but eventually it just turned into going around in the order we sat.
